Service Agreement

The system must be brought up to par before entering into Preventative Maintenance Service Agreement. The purpose of this Agreement is to provide thorough regular maintenance inspections for your heating and cooling equipment. This agreement assures you that your equipment is receiving a complete check up in a timely and professional manner. These regular inspections can detect possible trouble and can save you from costly and inconvenient breakdowns.


Service will be performed twice a year and consists of:
Priority Service
No Diagnostics Fees
Inspect Electrical Currents
Vacuum or Clear Drain Lines
Inspect Heat Exchangers
Check Float Switches
10% off Parts
No Afterhours Charges
Check Voltage and Amp Draw
Coil Cleaning
Check for Proper Pressures
Service Performed Twice a Year

*Any repairs which are declined at the time of service will incur a trip charge if they result in a breakdown

Any cost of repair maintenance required as a result of vandalism, misuse, acts of war, terrorism, rioting, acts of God (includiing lightning, or casualty, such as fire or flood) are excluded. Any consequential damage as a result of maintenance or repair, or the necessity thereof including; but not limited to, damage due to overflow of water, mildew, fire. Freezing of pipes shall be excluded from this agreement and shall not be the responsibility of the contractor unless due to contractor negligence or will act of omission.

It is understood that this SERVICE AGREEMENT will begin upon payment received and continue twice a year. It is to be automatically renewed each year thereafter by payment of invoice rendered
